What is a Mystery Shopper?
Mystery Shoppers also known as "hidden or incognito customers" pose as real customers to evaluate the quality of customer service they receive.

They carry out specific tasks such as purchasing a product or perform a particular scenario, and provide the necessary information for a company or brand to make effective changes within its business.

You can also apply for other jobs that are not of the undercover type, such as technical audits or Trade Marketing, to review compliance with regulatory guidelines of companies, such as the price and location of products, the image of the premises, and more.

How is the Work Process?

Mystery Shoppers work as independent contractors. You will be free to take the assignments that interest you most as they become available. You will be able to see the location, instructions and payment, before requesting your visit, and choose the ones that best fit your profile, proximity and availability.

Your first step to becoming a Mystery Shopper is to create a free shopper account on our website by completing the registration form.

PREPARATION
Read the complete Instructions and Questionnaire before making your visit. Take notes to help you remember the details to observe. Remember to take the photos, audios or videos requested. If there are missing records or you fail to comply with any step, your work will not be approved and you will have wasted your time and money invested. Be responsible!

REGISTRATION & INTERVIEW
Complete the registration form with your information and we will contact you for an online interview. If you pass the interview, we define your Shopper profile and give you a username and password to access the Job Platform.

PERFORM THE
AUDIT
You must perform the visit on the indicated day without exception. You can only reject an already scheduled visit due to force majeure, otherwise the system will automatically take away the possibility of requesting visits from that client for a period of 12 months.

SUBMIT EVIDENCE
The survey must be completed and sent the same day at the end of the visit, including all the requested details. Our Editing team will check the survey and if there are any questions or missing items we will contact you by email or WhatsApp. Always stay tuned! Also check the SPAM and Promotions boxes.
RECEIVE PAYMENT
If your audit is correct, it will be approved and you will receive an email notification. On the Platform you can check the total amounts to collect. Payments in the US are made through ZelleⓇ, 15 days from the date of visit. Complete, well-written surveys expedite the checking process and therefore expedite payment.

JOB BOARD
On the Platform you will find the jobs available in your area, with the dates they must be done and the payment for each one. Read the guidelines for the job and then request the task, it will be assigned to you automatically. Take only visits that you are sure of making on that date. Check the Platform frequently to learn about new opportunities, they are published as they arise.
